A high rise residential development located at Third and Mission Streets in San Francisco. The project will include 146 luxury condominium units in the tower and rehabilitation of the historic Aronson Building. Amenities include a rooftop solarium and private terraces. The development will also house a cultural component (48,000 sf) over four floors and retail/restaurant space at street level.

Our work effort focuses on the rehabilitation and restoration of the Aronson Building and integration of the cultural component interiors. The project will be LEED Silver.
